After a comprehensive search across existing properties, build-to-suit options, and acquisition opportunities, Merit and Terracon collaborated to develop a custom solution. Merit acquired a 190,000 SF single-story office project and assembled a design team to tailor the facility to Terracon’s operational standards. Working closely with Terracon’s leadership and employees through focus groups and workshops, every element — from layout to systems planning — was shaped to meet technical demands and enhance employee experience. Merit also competitively bid the construction to maintain efficiency and cost control, delivering a modern facility designed to support growth and attract top talent.
