EOG Resources, an active operator in the EFS needed a 140,000 SF Class A office to house a growing regional operations unit. With tight timelines and aggressive milestones, they required a location that could support immediate occupation.

Merit conducted an extensive market scan, identifying six buildings with large floor plates and future growth options. The final solution was a sublease of Tesoro Petroleum’s new headquarters — Class A space with a conference center and ideal layout. Merit secured extremely favorable lease terms for 15 years, including fixed expansion pricing, supporting both operational needs and future growth.
