Merit General Contractors was created in September 2023 by Will Collins, Ryan Harrison, Kyle Heitkamp, and Wes Michelec as a division of Merit Commercial Real Estate. Merit is pivotal in bringing retail developments to growing markets around San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley. As the largest shopping center developer in the RGV, Merit has a strong track record of successful, high-visibility projects across the region.
