Portillo's Announces First Metro San Antonio Location at Schertz Station

Merit Commercial Real Estate is excited to announce that Portillo’s, the beloved Chicago-based restaurant known for its signature hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, and chocolate cake, will soon open its first location in Metro San Antonio at Schertz Station. This much-anticipated addition marks a historic expansion into the Lone Star State and represents the first of several new locations that Portillo’s has planned for San Antonio in the coming years.
